Premium Apparel Printing
Heat Transfer · DTG · Done Right
Print quality makes or breaks your brand. Cracked logos, faded colors, stiff prints that scratch the skin — these are the small details that turn first-time customers into one-time customers. At Unida Sports, our heat transfer and DTG printing services use industrial-grade machines, premium inks, and proven workflows to deliver prints that look stunning on day one and stay looking that way for hundreds of washes.
Whether you need photographic full-color designs with DTG or durable multi-color graphics with heat transfer — we have the right method, machinery, and expertise for your brand.
Two Methods · One Standard
Pick the right printing method for your design
Heat Transfer Printing
A pre-printed design is heat-pressed onto the garment using high temperature and pressure. Ideal for vibrant multi-color graphics, sharp logos, and consistent results across bulk runs.
- HTV Vinyl — solid colors, sharp logos
- DTF (Direct-to-Film) — full-color, soft hand-feel
- Sublimation Transfers — for polyester
- Plastisol Heat Transfers — vintage retail finish
- Reflective & Glow Transfers — specialty looks
- Best for: bulk orders, multi-piece consistency
- Durability: 50+ wash cycles
DTG Printing
Direct-to-Garment printing uses specialized inkjet printers to deposit water-based ink directly onto cotton fabric. Ideal for photo-quality, full-color, no-MOQ designs.
- Photo-Quality Resolution — 1440 DPI
- Unlimited Colors — no color limits
- Soft Hand-Feel — ink absorbs into fabric
- No Setup Cost — perfect for low MOQ
- Eco-Friendly Ink — water-based, OEKO-TEX
- Best for: complex art, gradients, photos
- Durability: 40+ wash cycles
💡 Not Sure Which to Choose?
Use DTG for: photographic designs, full-color illustrations, complex gradients, small batches, single-piece print-on-demand. DTF (Direct-to-Film)
Full-color designs printed on PET film, then heat-pressed onto garments. Unlimited colors, soft hand-feel, works on cotton, polyester, blends, and even nylon. Perfect for streetwear graphics.
Sublimation Transfers
Heat-activated dye transfers ink directly into polyester fibers. Zero hand-feel — the print becomes part of the fabric. Ideal for MMA rash guards, sportswear jerseys, and performance apparel.
Plastisol Heat Transfers
Pre-printed plastisol transfers heat-pressed onto fabric. Replicates the look and feel of traditional screen printing without the setup cost. Best for retail-style streetwear.

DTG Printing Technology
Industrial-grade printers · Premium inks · Photo-quality output
Photo-Quality Resolution
1440 DPI print resolution captures every detail of your artwork — gradients, fine lines, shadows, halftones. Looks like a high-quality photograph printed directly onto cotton.
Unlimited Color Range
No color limits, no Pantone restrictions, no setup fees per color. Print 1 color or 1 million — same price, same speed. Perfect for complex artwork and brand collaborations.
Soft Hand-Feel
Water-based DTG ink absorbs into cotton fibers rather than sitting on top. Result: no plastic feel, no cracking, no peeling. The print feels like part of the garment — not a sticker.
OEKO-TEX Eco Inks
OEKO-TEX certified water-based inks are safe for skin, biodegradable, and free from toxic chemicals. Better for the environment, better for your customers, better for your brand.
No Minimum Setup
No screens to make, no films to burn, no setup fees per color. DTG goes straight from digital file to finished print — perfect for low MOQ orders, sample runs, and quick turnarounds.
Pre-Treatment Process
Every garment is pre-treated with a fixative solution before printing — ensuring vibrant colors, sharp detail, and long-lasting durability. Industry-standard for premium DTG output.
Our Printing Process
From file submission to retail-ready print
1 Artwork Submission
Send us your artwork in vector format (.AI, .EPS, .PDF, .SVG) or high-resolution raster (.PNG, .TIFF at 300 DPI). We accept Pantone color codes for exact color matching.
2 Method Recommendation
Our print team reviews your design and recommends the best method — DTG for photo-quality, heat transfer for bold logos, sublimation for polyester. Honest advice based on what your design needs.
3 Color Calibration
We match your Pantone references to our printer profiles. For DTG, we calibrate against TCX/TPX color codes. For heat transfer, we color-match the vinyl or transfer film.
4 Sample Approval
A pre-production print sample is sent to you in 3–7 days. You review the print quality, color accuracy, placement, and hand-feel before bulk runs.
5 Bulk Production
Approved samples trigger bulk runs. Industrial printers operate at controlled temperature and humidity to ensure consistent print quality across every piece.
6 Curing & Heat Setting
Every printed garment goes through a curing tunnel at 320°F (160°C) for 90 seconds — locking in the ink for maximum wash durability. This step separates premium prints from cheap ones.
7 Quality Inspection
Every printed piece is inspected for color accuracy, registration, ink coverage, and hand-feel. Defective prints are rejected before they reach packing.
8 Packaging & Global Shipping
Retail-ready packing — polybags, hangtags, branded boxes. DDP, FOB, or door-to-door shipping to your warehouse or fulfillment center anywhere in the world.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything about heat transfer & DTG printing
What’s the difference between heat transfer and DTG printing?
Heat transfer presses a pre-printed design onto fabric using heat and pressure — best for bold logos, multi-piece consistency, and bulk orders. DTG (Direct-to-Garment) prints water-based ink directly onto the fabric using inkjet technology — best for photo-quality, full-color art with zero hand-feel.
Which printing method is more durable?
Heat transfer (especially DTF) typically lasts 50+ wash cycles, while DTG lasts 40+ cycles when properly cured. Both are highly durable when done right. The bigger factor is the curing process — improperly cured prints crack and peel regardless of method.
Can DTG print on dark fabrics?
Yes. DTG on dark garments requires a white ink underbase plus pre-treatment for vibrancy. We use industrial DTG printers with white ink capability — your designs print bright and bold even on black hoodies.
What’s the minimum order quantity for printing?
Our MOQ is 50 pieces per design — among the lowest in the industry. DTG specifically has no setup costs, so it’s perfect for low MOQ runs. For heat transfer, 50+ pieces makes the setup time worthwhile.
How long does printing take?
Print samples in 3–7 days. Bulk printing for 50–500 pieces typically takes 7–14 days. Larger orders 500–2,000 pieces take 15–20 days. Reorders with approved artwork can ship in as little as 5–7 days.
What artwork format do you need?
Vector files preferred (.AI, .EPS, .PDF, .SVG). For raster, we accept .PNG, .TIFF, or .PSD at minimum 300 DPI at print size. Always send Pantone (TCX/TPX) color codes for accurate color matching — never rely on screenshots.
Will the print crack or peel after washing?
No — when properly cured. Our prints go through a curing tunnel at 320°F for 90 seconds, locking ink into the fabric. We test every method for wash durability before shipping. Following care instructions (cold wash, inside-out, no bleach) extends print life significantly.
Can you print on polyester and performance fabrics?
Yes. For polyester and blends, we use sublimation transfers (best results), DTF transfers, or specialty heat transfer films designed for synthetic fabrics. DTG works best on 100% cotton or high-cotton blends.
Do you offer all-over print or full-garment printing?
Yes. For all-over prints (entire garment surface), we use full sublimation on polyester garments — the design becomes part of the fabric with zero hand-feel. Perfect for MMA rash guards, performance jerseys, and sublimated streetwear.
Can I combine printing with embroidery on the same garment?
Absolutely. Many brands combine DTG chest prints with embroidered sleeve logos, or heat transfer back graphics with woven labels. We coordinate decoration methods within the same production run for premium retail-grade product.
